Step 3 - Make an offer
Once you have personally viewed the item or vehicle, be prepared to negotiate with the owner. Have your checkbook or cash ready and do not fool around if you really want to purchase the item because other buyers could also be bidding on the item. Have your cash in hand and be certain about your purchase. Once you buy it, you probably will not be able to return it. Good luck with your negotiations!
